These Terms govern your use of the launch version of Loomuh, an English-learning and productivity service. By using Loomuh, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
The service
Loomuh helps users capture English words, phrases, sentences, and context, then turn them into learning material such as explanations, examples, saved records, practice, and tests. Features may change as the product develops.
Generated language-learning content can contain mistakes or incomplete interpretations. You are responsible for deciding whether a result is appropriate for your situation.
Acceptable use
You may not use Loomuh to:

break the law, infringe another person's rights, or submit content you do not have the right to use;
•
attack, probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
•
bypass authentication, usage controls, rate limits, ownership checks, or other security or abuse-prevention measures;
•
automate requests or create traffic in a way that is abusive, deceptive, or materially more intensive than normal product use; or
•
attempt to access another user's account, session, saved data, or other non-public information without authorization.
Your content
You remain responsible for words, phrases, sentences, context, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process that content lawfully.
You permit Loomuh and the service providers it uses to process your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and support the service and provide the requested learning features.
Accounts and access
When user accounts are enabled, you are responsible for protecting access to your email account, verification codes, and active Loomuh session. Do not share verification codes or other credentials. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or maintain the service.
Availability and changes
Loomuh is an early-stage service. We may add, remove, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider failures, incidents, or other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers
Loomuh is provided as a learning and productivity service on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Loomuh is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Loomuh and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The date shown at the top identifies the current published version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the updated Terms apply to later use of the service.
