This Privacy Policy explains the information Loomuh processes to provide its English-learning service and how you can contact us about privacy questions or requests.
Information we process
The launch version of Loomuh processes information that you provide or create while using the service, together with limited technical data needed to operate and protect it.

Account and authentication information, such as your email address, internal user identifier, session information, and authentication records when account sign-in is enabled.
•
Words, phrases, sentences, context, and other learning material that you submit to Loomuh.
•
Saved learning records and learning state, including lookup history, saved items, practice history, test results, mastery state, and other product state needed to restore your learning experience.
•
Limited technical and operational information needed for security, abuse prevention, reliability, and troubleshooting. For example, the service may process request metadata and network information while a request is being handled.
•
Limited first-party product analytics for the public Loomuh experience, including randomly generated browser/session/event/opportunity identifiers, bounded acquisition source and test-cohort labels, timestamps showing whether key funnel steps were reached, bounded elapsed timing within one advertising opportunity, and coarse advertising-placement operational events during controlled monetization experiments. These analytics records do not store the English expression you typed, your email address, IP address, full referrer URL, or user-agent string.
How we use information
We use information to:

provide, personalize, and restore the Loomuh learning experience;
•
generate translations, explanations, examples, sentence feedback, and other learning content;
•
authenticate users, maintain sessions, and keep one user's data separated from another user's data;
•
understand whether public acquisition channels lead to meaningful product use and return visits, and measure controlled advertising placement experiments, using the limited first-party analytics described above;
•
prevent abuse, protect the service, diagnose failures, and improve reliability; and
•
respond to support, account-access, and privacy requests.
Service providers
Loomuh relies on external service providers to operate the launch product. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by hosting and database infrastructure, AI/model providers, and a transactional email provider used for sign-in messages. Information may be processed by those providers when their services are used to operate Loomuh.
We do not make claims here about a specific data location, retention period, certification, or compliance framework unless that claim has been separately verified for the production service.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
You may use the Support page to ask about account or learning data associated with your account, request correction of inaccurate account information, or request deletion of account-related or learning data. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account owner before acting on it.
Launch privacy requests are handled manually. Loomuh does not currently promise a self-service privacy-request workflow or immediate deletion from every operational copy or backup.
Retention
Account and learning data may be kept while it is needed to provide the service and maintain your learning history. Technical or security information may be kept as reasonably needed for operations, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or legal obligations. Loomuh does not promise a fixed retention period in this launch policy.
Online tracking and Do Not Track
The launch Web product uses limited first-party measurement to understand acquisition, activation, and return behavior. Loomuh may keep a random browser visitor identifier in local storage so public funnel activity can be linked to the same Loomuh account after sign-in. This identifier is used for Loomuh's own product measurement, not for cross-site advertising.
The launch Web product does not use browser Do Not Track signals to change its behavior. Loomuh does not currently integrate third-party advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking technology intended to track your activity over time across unrelated websites. Service providers described above may still process requests sent to their services as part of operating Loomuh.
Security
We use technical and operational measures intended to protect the service and isolate user-owned data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and this policy does not make such a guarantee.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the launch product, providers, or data practices materially change. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current published version; when appropriate, we may also provide additional notice of material changes.
